Refund policy

At Magic Gifts, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the case that the products you received are damaged or faulty. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your product qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at magic.gifts.customer@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damage. We may ask for photos of the damaged product to assess the issue.
  2. Return the Item: If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for the return journey.

3. Shipping Costs

Depending on the situation, we may cover the return shipping costs, but this is not guaranteed. Shipping refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and, quite honestly, may depend on how nicely you speak to us! If you have a polite and understanding tone, we’re much more likely to cover the cost. Otherwise, you may be responsible for covering return shipping expenses.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exclusions

Please note that refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Items that were damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.
  • Items that are returned without their original packaging.
  • Any product issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.
